Tell me did you read the PDF/Wiki before uninstalling those apps?
There is a clear warning that not to use that tweak if you are not an advanced user so if you don't know what's going on why fiddle with it? I am quite sure during uninstallation you didn't pay attention and the metapackage got uninstalled along with almost every other system components.

Anyway there is another tweak that hide those icons; you should be using that instead of removing stock apps...
