MeeCatalog is simply a graphical interface for repositories...So it depends on the repos you add for apps to appear...What improvements you want on it? IMO the more tools you have to manage applications the more trouble you are asking for...We have manage applications from settings and you can do same using the terminal so why require another app to duplicate efforts? Just because the UI is nicer?

Apps4Meego has been having issues since around a month so if you don't see all the apps in MeeCatalog from there its the repo's fault not MeeCatalog's...

I don't actually see why we need another Community Store...Once maemo.org transitions to the NFP maybe we can combine A4M and other repos into repo.maemo.org and it acts as the "Community Store"... Apps on Nokia Store are another thing which only Nokia can inform on its intention...
