I used this link from my N9 and from a computer too....

So the link its wrong...because i downloaded a deb file
If you really properly downloaded the file then try
Code:
dpkg-deb -c n9-qtweakall_9.5.2_armel.deb
It should list all files in package if deb file is proper. Else it will throw an error.
