That command should already be done automatically with installing the app. But I know what happened, my app that I am working on seemed to have a bug messing up all of the .dekstop files in my system. Lucky me, I had prepared a backup just 2 days ago when my N9 was in perfect condition I restored and everything went back fine, my application's commands were fixed and hopefully I won't have that issue again.
