Instead of bigger cards, you could:

a) use Orb or WeBot to stream from a desktop computer (probably YOUR desktop, but who's to say?)

b) use other Internet-based storage. Sure, you have to be connected to use it, but you'll run out of batteries long before you view everything on your 8GB card anyway.

This may not work for you, but it's worth considering.
