I agree its nice to have offline wikipedia! It takes forever to copy individual files though so doing the above or copying a single zip might be better.

If you feel the need for more information, you can try the wikipedia for schools distribution which is 830megs (with thumbnails) or 2.6gb (larger images).

linux_author or pipeline or any guru: what do you mean by actually mount the .iso on your N800? Do you need a physical USB drive, or you just mount the .iso file directly from mmc1?

when using the .iso file, do you have to extract it, or you just search it on the fly? By the way, mind to leave some down to earth simple instructions? My linux education level is limited to open up xterm and sudo gainroot, yup,
