Thats probably because you are in open mode; you can check by typing accli -I in terminal and it should say "Current mode: open"

If so you need to delete the following 3 folders which would delete all your accounts then manually add the accounts back after a reboot...

rm -rf /home/user/.accounts
rm -rf /home/user/.aegis
rm -rf /home/user/.activesync

Once you added your accounts it'll ask for passwords at the first reboot and never again
