That means you installed Vesuri's mod from N9QTweak most probably so what you can do is type the following in terminal:

{enter your password}
apt-get install -d libmeegotouchcore0 --reinstall
/usr/sbin/incept /var/cache/apt/archives/libmeegotouchcore0

Give it a reboot after that...
