I take it that you need full detailed instructions so here goes:

- Download the .deb file onto your PC and connect your phone via USB mass storage mode and transfer it to your phone

- Open terminal and type:

{enter your password - default is rootme}
dpkg -i /home/user/MyDocs/wazapp_*
Now you should have quite some output saying its missing dependencies; post the screenshot or output here so that someone can give you the dependencies required...
