I assume you used tweak QQ... It's only for remove system applications..
I don't know why you facebook app not work, but I suggest you to run tweak QQ -> 1 (or 2 if your phone is 005) -> 4 -> reboot.
And don't touch this tweak (also AA) if you don't know what you do or don't want to remove system app. You can kill your system...
