IIRC Jolla officially mentioned somewhere that they will ship Qt Components with Sailfish.

Ubuntu-phone has its own set of components based on Qt5 & Qt Quick 2.0. Probably shouldn't be too difficult to also port regular Qt components though.

PySide is available for Nemo and some Nemo applications are already using it (at least mine & Khertans).
