Well, do this: 1- Crouch 2- Right foot raised a bit and left to the back 3- Left foot stretched widely 4- Raise your face directly in front of you 5- Sprint and make sure your back and body are so straight that they form a 90 degrees angle 6- While running, don't form a wrist with your hands, open them and stretch your fingers.
