If this essential package is broken, something went terribly wrong. It might be necessary and faster to backup and reflash.

Nevertheless, you could try to extract the libc6 package with
Code:
sudo gainroot
apt-get install --reinstall -dy libc6
dpkg -x /var/cache/apt/archives/libc6*.deb
to fix this issue, but...
