It is not, I do know what they do I have played with them as part of my package testing.
They both have the same issue due to desktop rotation in CSSU.

You can't put them in a grid easily I agree. However you can position icons where ever you like with CSSU in both rotations.

Because DrLaunch is now obsolete whereas CSSU and desktop rotation isn't. If you want poor functionality keep DrLaunch and put up with it.

I used to use DrLaunch and on installing CSSU after a week I removed it.
It's just not need, buggy, takes up lots of memory...etc etc

The proper supported way as above is best.
