I am really surprised of the problem you had. Though I still think it was not caused by cssu. with hundreds of users on cssu-thumb and maybe thousands on cssu-testing, I'd rather assume it was some unfortunate event on your device, rather than problem in cssu. rigth now as the repos are down, you can't install cssu, so i'd recommend to use the time until they are back again and to consider installing cssu-thumb again. esp now you have a clean system.
Thanks freemangordon. Actually before two flashes, I think I had installed CSSU-stable and thumb on top of it. I did not get any issue; but I dont know whether I i actually installed stable or testing. Anyhow... Thanks for your kind guidance for this. I will wait.
