But I do agree. It's more likely that HTC produce Nexus 5 with a five inch screen.
BTW: The "Droid" brand isn't a Motorola brand. That's a Verizon brand for certain devices made specifically for them (for example, the "Droid Incredible" was made by HTC, and the non-Verizon variant of the original Motorola Droid was named the Motorola Milestone).
