Did you change anything that required re-signing of refhashlist?

Also your problem seems to be a reboot loop maybe due to some system files being changed wrongly or simply battery being insufficient...

Have you tried keeping your phone for charging for around 1-2 hours in a power off state (pressing power button for 8-10secs) and then trying to restart it?
