I'm thinking just that, although a dispute might take a while since this seller has 5 star reviews left and right, it can prob be one of those "unnoticeable really good clones" but won't know until I have the device on my hands, the Amazon seller accepted my request right away when I reported that Nokia couldn't find the IMEI in their system, didn't wanted to get shut down for selling clones.
