@Admins and Moderators - Guys, this thread reminded me of some interesting lecture I once watched online (that is only one of many out there on the Interwebz, but I found only this one right now) - http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature...&v=-F-3E8pyjFo . I think it could be of great use (well, I would expect a moderator to have a bit of knowledge on the subject of keeping the community clean of derailers, in the end moderator is someone like the policeman in here :P)
