Or if you want to reinstall keyboards:
apt-get install --reinstall meego-keyboard

Also you always can check to which package belong specific file:
dpkg -S name_of_file

For example:
~ $ dpkg -S en_gb.xml
meego-keyboard: /usr/share/meegotouch/virtual-keyboard/layouts/en_gb.xml
~ $
