Thanks for citing NumPy and MatPlotLib new releases.

As maintainer of them, I need to say they were already available in older versions. But :
- NumPy 1.7.0 is a lot newer than 1.4.1, and v1.7.0 was released on MeeGo Harmattan just 1 day after the upstream;
- MatPlotLib 1.2.0, besides being newer than v1.0.0, now has graphical backend on MeeGo Harmattan, so you can see plots and even rotate 3D plots by touching them.
