People know about the issue, but right now the focus is on getting things setup so everything is transferred from Nokia to our new admin team. It's slow going, but once that happens, we won't have to rely on a third party to fix the issues. (And, won't have them to rely on... two edged sword.) It's not being forgotten... It's just that there is a lot more going on right now, and we personally can't do a lot until the hand over is complete. The hopes are that will be very soon.
