Don't comment out from that file manually. Use HAM to do whatever you want to that file. You can do in terminal as root:

echo "213.128.137.22 repository.maemo.org" >>/etc/hosts

This way HAM, apt etc will all use the new repo.maemo.org which has solved all issues
