Obviously! There are no Harmattan team members at Nokia.

Nokia had outsourced Symbian to Accenture as well as "Meego IT". This is the same team that pushed out PR1.3 for the N9...

Also the above was mentioned earlier in this thread; read the changelog for the twitter update and you can see the people doing the recent updates have an email address which is something@ext-nokia.com meaning sub-contractors not at Nokia but externally...
