@Wallace: the bigger consumption happens even without a SIM card... And completely offline. 12mA is fine, I'd just like to understand why this issue happened. As I mentioned, everything regarding configuration and options are exactly the same way as before, when i had 5mA...

@pichlo: since my device stays idle most of the time, i can say i noticed a drop. On the other hand, when using it (screen on), the usage power is exactly the same as before. The only issue is with the screen off. I guess the only thing I haven't done is let the device shut down itself (0% battery) and then fully recharge it. I don't think doing that makes a lot of sense and/or will fix my issue, but it's worth a shot, since i've done every thing you could imagine.
