If somebody else has that problem and to quickly solve:
as root

mkdir /var/lib/apt/lists
vi /var/lib/apt/lists/lock -> Press Esc on the screen then write ':wq' on the keyboard, then Enter
mkdir /var/lib/apt/lists/partial

Problem solved
