After several hours of trial and error method, I can have a night mode color temperature of 3500K. Everything is a little bit more red.

Let me try and explain the principle:
Imagine you go on brightness scale from 0 to -1 (unlimited) plus high brightness profile = those are the first 3 numbers in the set of 12 numbers.
In Vivid case:
0;33000;0; (from 0 to 33000 and high bright. 0) do:
Red channel: 255;0;0;
Green channel: 0;255;0;
Blue channel: 0;0;255;

....and then the next set of 12 numbers, again, same order as above...

My problem now is how to add another Night profile to Settings->Display->Colour profile.

You want to edit all red channels in all profiles to reduce the red tint.
mce.ini can be edited without Inception as root.
But!
It doesn't forgive and forget so think twice before you edit and save.
