Dear sir or madam at Microsoft and Nokia,

Please explain Amazon Kindle Fire, the Amazon Market and ecosystem for any Android device, Barnes & Noble Nook Color/Tablet/eInk eReaders, CyanogenMod (which isn't even allowed to bundle Google apps) and the numerous Android compatible spin-offs that don't at ALL use Google's Play store. They don't appear to be held to this complaint's supposed requirement.

While you're at it, please contrast your complaint against the intentional tying of the previously freely available Internet Explorer web browser (which had also been available on Macintosh and SunOS/Solaris for many years) into the Windows operating system in such a way as to make it virtually impossible to remove it and use another browser instead.

Thaaaaanks!
