I have tried kde but krita wouldn't launch I have a bunch of things that are going wrong with my n800, software wise, that I don't feel like rolling up my sleeves and digging into just yet.

Do you know of an app that can reduce the brightness and contrast of photos on the n800? That would be a big help!

Also, it looks like you had some fun with that sketch! Did you try Airx and gimp yet? I have to read up on how in the hell Airx works!
