Qwerty: I earlier reported in this thread that I'd tried to install it from Red Pill mode and got a "file corrupted" message in Applications Manager. I tried it again just now with the same result. Rather frustrating. (I also tried your dpkg -i suggestion from root in xterm, but that didn't seem to produce any worthwhile results either -- but I'm not certain I did it right I don't know what to enter exactly after dpkg -i in the command.) Thanks for your assistance on this. Jim
