A future version of Billboard might include support for automatic dithering of images so that they are optimized for the low power mode screen (in the photo, you see the logo rendered as in current Billboard versions above and the same image displayed with the dithering mode below).

Right now, this doesn't look good for icons such as the Bluetooth icon, so maybe just disabling dithering for small images or making it more robust will do the trick. If not, adding it as an option (global or per-image) would also work.
