Well, obviously they'd be taking note of peoples hw/sw expectations based on the most they'd be prepared to pay, that's kinda the point of the exercise >.>

VKB's have improved massively in recent years, I rarely miss a physical qwerty anymore, if it's a VKB that matches the best currently out there*, I'll be happy
Even better though would be a physical qwerty similar to what's used on MS's surface tablets, but ideally with better tactile feedback...
