If you use Faster N9, try run this 2 commands as root:
1.

/sbin/initctl stop apps/FasterN9 && sleep 1 && /sbin/initctl start apps/FasterN9

/sbin/initctl stop apps/fastern9d && sleep 1 && /sbin/initctl start apps/fastern9d

After this Open Camera app, go to right upper corner icon -> try to ply any video.
