You've got sketchbook and brushes that sticks out as the better apps for android.

About pressure sensitivity you'll need to buy a device from the galaxy note series to have that, though I find It great to use painting apps without that. Mostly I use it with no pressure sensitivity and get the result I want. Maybe it's a little more work, but no hassle at all
