Hi michdeskunk,
once had a similar issue here, not sure if it's any help though.
Long story short, check your BT- and N9-device drivers on PC.
Or simply install Nokia suite and/or link.
Your PC must show up on N9s' BT list though, probably re-pair them with code.

Oh, BTW, WTF is bluethoot...?
