The phone will NOT be orange, it was probably a case or something. At least it won't be only available in some pumpkin-like nonsense color.

I'm also betting that one of Amazon's many partners will send it to me here in Texas, which is precisely how I got my N9. My primary concern is that will be compatible with my carrier.
