AM I blind or what?

Cant install Nemo on my N9. Look at the wiki howto gives no solution.

Thing is I cant flash the FIASCO image found at the specified link in this thread. it only whines about:

And digging TMO does only give hint about device must be unlocked? WTF? Isnt above what unlock is about?
