I don't get the voucher thing for pre-orders. Does that 100 e / 40 e mean, that you pay the given amount now, and rest when the phone comes out? So it's kind of partial payment with some added goodies. Or, does it mean that you can get the phone pre-ordered with price 299 e price + all the added stuff? That sounds too cheap, so I guess the option #1 is the right one.
