"Visually" it does, & casting visual tricks aside, it was competitive in that respect compared to other makes/models of it's time.

If it was on shelves NOW at qHD I could deal with that, but Dec+ at qHD is quite sad.
If they they can only afford qHD then FFS raise the price, I'd happily pay more for slightly improved core specs.

They already confirmed that their display will be 720p didn't they? I'm sure I read or watched that somewhere.
Still, it's pretty clear that the display & SoC isn't yet fully settled, so there's no point analysing the display(s) currently being used.
