Sure, I have such cable, but it's not standard, i.e. it's a hack (it doesn't comply to USB standards). Of course if Jolla decides to use mircoB, they can play nice and ship such cable together with the handset from the start.

Yeah, that's my point. Using microB with such adapter/cable for host mode is a non standard hack. But what does USB host mode certification imply? That Jolla has to pay money to some standards holding cartel?
