It seems that setting up an OBS instance and syncing the existing target is the easiest way.

I am trying to set up an OBS on an OpenSUSE VM right now but I'm stuck. Somebody with more knowledge of this system is required.

please, if you know how to set up an OBS, step up, I can give you access to the VM

EDIT: I also fired a mail to support at osuosl to check out what possibilities we have there. Unless more people come forward and offer to help I don't see this having big chances though.
