I also need something simple like PocketTunes with a kind of drag and drop interface (for the significant other to use our N800 as offline mp3player). Supposedly, Rhapsody To Go would do this (at a cost), but I tried it briefly, and Rhapsody would recognize the N800 but wouldn't transfer DRM tracks (even w/ latest firmware).

Unlike OP, I am open either to troubleshooting of Rhapsody or other suggested solutions so I can play songs offline. Solutions must be EXTREMELY simple and idiot proof (cost not a factor).
