Do not know how to repair damage from failed windows repair.
You could try to use testdisk to kind of get a 'second opinion' from another piece of software. But i strongly doubt that this would show the original file name.

Before continuing you better make a backup of all the files!!!

In a try and error way you could try to guess which file is which, rename them from .CHK to a working extension like .avi, .mp3 or whatever you are expecting to check with the software for that type of file.
