Edit: Additional information. So I also have Gizmo on my laptop and desktop. So I used my skype out # to call the Grand Central # (which forwards it to Gizmo using SIP). Using Gizmo on my tablet, desktop, or PC then calling from Skype on my tablet, desktop, or laptop [various combinations]) works.

It's just the default internet call application doesn't seem to work. I don't have the rtcomm update installed (the one that adds the ability to IM people on AIM, MSN, etc.. networks).
