Freddie,
I just noticed you have replaced your Flash plugin with the non-official 10.1 version that's floating around.
When I tried that, I had results that were "not so good", but if it works for you...
That being said: Adobe changed it's tmp location, between the official Flash9 version that's on the N900 and the 10.1 you use. The tmp loation is now /var/tmp.
/var/tmp is located on your root partition. Possibly the flash file can be found adding sudo to your lsof | grep Flash. If it can not be found by adding sudo, do it manually, by just going, as root, to the /var/tmp folder.
