Is there a way to disconnect mobile internet only (without affecting the phone function) or to disconnect internet alltogether (again, without affecting phone function)?

dbus-send --system --dest=com.nokia.icd /com/nokia/icd_ui com.nokia.icd_ui.disconnect boolean:true | echo ""
This used to work on the N900 but on the N9 it'll disconnect and immediately reconnect...
