If you have Backupmenu or ubiboot installed, you could telnet in and remove /var/malf, that should get you past the MALF screen.

If you don't have them installed, you can load the Rescue Initrd and do the same thing.

Have you installed any tweaks/system-ui mods improperly?
You can chroot into Harmattan and fix it there.
