Well, android is not my cup of tea, but my son has nexus7 that I maintain (as I have not let him create a google account) so I do know pretty well what jellybean looks&feels like.
Granted, he uses it mainly as gaming platform, and there are plenty of that stuff available on droid. However I do not play games, really.
Other than games, well I do not really see anything useful there on droidland.

I don't think so... basically the same reason others have stated here. If the integration is not perfect then it will rather upset the casual user more than strengthen resolve to switch to Sailfish.
As for data, that's completely different. I fully support that applicatin data (and not the applications) should be exportable/compatible/open formats.
