Q.14 I wish to check my (pre-booking) order status. Please help.
A. At the moment order tracking is not supported on Jolla.com. However, once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping notification that includes tracking information. You can track your shipment through the courier using this information once we have shipped the order (shipping will only commence 2 to 4 weeks after the conclusion of the pre-book campaign).
