Without an internet connection it would basically be a no go. MM is just front end to the maps and directions you get from web sites (IE Google maps), it doesn't have the ability nor could it because of how it works to provide directions on its own. What could be done is that when you create directions, MM presents an option or check off button for example that lets you calculate the reverse route at the same time.
